Never got piper and 5 lunchboxes

I never got piper and 5 lunchboxes in fallout shelters new update. I have a lg g2, with android 5.0.2., never unistalled fallout shelter, and i manually updated it

I read this right, they are exclusive to the IOS for the time being. Don't know why maybe Apple paid for exclusivity.
