Didn't delete or uninstall anything.

Basically I loaded up the app one day and it crashed after launch it kept doing that, I left it alone because I thought it would be resolved in the next update and I didn't want to lose my progress and lunchboxes. The update happened and while the game loaded up and worked again I lost my save data and lunch boxes. I started a new game but I'd like to be reimbursed for the lunch boxes I purchased.

Same thing except i'm on an asus tablet, it crashed on load after the update. when i got it to load up my vault and all my things were gone. Got my handys and lunchboxes when they were 5 for $2, i want those back.

Funny enough, you contact Bethesda and they send you here but no solution.

They could give two [censored] about you. You sent them 5 or 10 bucks your stuff disappears. Sorry about your luck jack

Played in the early afternoon, no issues. Tried to play later in the day and my vault is gone.... any help would be great...

Same thing. My save file is still in device storage/android/data/com.gamesas.falloutshelter/files

BUT HOW DO I RESTORE IT?!?

Copied vault1.sav to another folder. Renamed vault1.sav.bkp to vault1.sav. Restarted game and my vault was back.
