Hi,

The update 1.2 made my safe file unplayable, which is a shame since I had previously accquired legendary characters such as Lucas Simms, Elder Lyons and Moira Brown. I also purchased 8 Mr Handy's and 45 lunchboxes through microtransactions. The months before the update, I started having the problem that the game would crash on start up. Hoping that the next update would fix this, I kept my safe file.

Since I greatly enjoy the game, I began anew, and have already made in-game purchases. I am, however, very unhappy with the thought of losing everything I have bought in my last game. This is why I request that you please transfer my previous purchases onto my new safe file.

I had a similar problem on my my largest, but "practice", vault that I haven't played since before 1.2... although, I had no microtransactions in case I messed up enough I had to delete and start over. I tried fixing it by uploading backups of all my vaults to the cloud, uninstalling the app from my Galixy S5 completely, then reinstalling from the Google Play store... turns out I the update used the last of my device's free space so it wouldn't even reinstall! After uninstalling or disabling a couple other apps it reinstalled and worked again.
