Loading Screen Misaligned

Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 4:52 am

I noticed that that top-left and bottom-right circles in the "Please Stand By" loading screen are not the same distance from the main central circle. The one in Fallout 3 is symmetrical which means that this wasn't a design decision.

It's a very small issue (more of an annoyance than anything), which is why it can and should be easily fixed.

The image of it can be found below.

Omg lol. Much of the loading screen seems to be off center. Could just be your phone not upscaling things perfectly... I could point out other thing to make your ocd worse lol.

The image is inspired by famous "test pattern" used in the age of anolog TV (NTSC) which used CRT as display. The CRT display is not as perfact as modern flat panel display like LCD. It tend to warp image and the same squares on the pattetn may be look different in size depending on theut position. So called non-linearity, aberration, Pincushion etc. Especially noticable on old aged anolog TV set.

It is not that abnormal that such test pattern on aged old anolog TV look not so symmetric or looks skewed or warped.
