Hello, I experienced this problem while playing Survival Mode on a Galaxy S5.

I had a raider attack happen about 5 minutes ago, and sent a dweller to intercept.

When he got there, he engaged in combat with the raiders for a bit while they shuffled about.

I was assuming they were still fighting, when I noticed the dweller stopped attacking and no life was depleting.

Unfortunately, I saw a room in the second level start engaging in an 'imaginary' fire fight and were very late into it.

I wasn't quick enough to heal all the dwellers and unfortunately lost my first dweller in game, permanently.

I would not mind so much if it were in my non survival vault, which oddly has not happened yet, but it's still an issue.

Lastly, this is the second or so time it has happened on my Survival Vault.

Once during raider attack I got fire incident at the same time (!). Dwellers put out the fire but raiders seemed to be stuck permanently outside banging the vault door and couldn't get in and alert never ended. I reloaded vault and thankfully raiders had disappeared.

I had the same thing happen the other day. It took me a second to realize that my second floor guys were taking damage from the raiders in the vault door room, and I was like, WTF? Is this the Matrix? Bullets just winding down the elevator shafts to find their targets?

It's good to know that I'm not the only one.
