I lost my Vault and all my Mr. Handy

Hi, i have a few problems with my game...


  • What phone/tablet model are you using?

  • Bluestacks (PC android emulator).


  • What OS are you currently running (including version #)

  • Windows 7 64 bits.


  • Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build?

  • Delete and reinstall.


  • If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?

  • Not updated.


  1. I lost 10x Mr. Handy

  2. I lost my 2 main vault with a lot of dwellers

  3. Please Bethesda, give a chance to recover at least my pay content. T.T

I have the same problem on my galaxy android phone and so do many other on other systems please get this sorted was not happy when i woke up to this

Did you have a cloud save of your Vault? If so, you should be able to recover it.

I also lost my main vault. When I restored from the cloud, it created a new vault instead. I lost everything. Is there any way to roll back that vault slot to a previous save point, or have the last two months of playing this game just been a total waste?

After a phone update, I try to restore my vault and choose "import" option of my old vault ... but then it override with a new vault and I lost everything :-(

I'm having the same problem! Start the game and my save is not there, and when I chose to import from the cloud, it asked me to create a new vault overwriting my save! I have made several purchases, and now they are all gone, I felt robbed. I mailed the dev and they blew me off with a system generated message. Administrator or developer whatever, please respond and give me my refund if you can't fix it.

Having the same issue. Vault deleted, attempted the cloud restore but it loaded a new account, everything lost. Getting generic response from support, we need someone from support to take this seriously and resolve the issue. We want our accounts and all progress restored.

Motorola Moto E / Android Emulator on PC

Android 4.4.4 / windows 7


  • Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build?

I had problems running the game, I deleted it thant downloaded a new one, the problem continues.


I downloaded a PC emulator to retrieve it from the cloud, THE BUG IS STILL THERE.

A (very advanced) survival mode game runs for 5 seconds, when the daily evaluation screen shows up, it crashes rather I'm on the mobile or PC.

The download happened agressively, after it shut down while I was playing.



WOuld you please help me? There are 33 miners down there.
