I just logged into fallout shelter for the first time in a while, like a week or so after getting a notice that halloween would be ending soon. I loaded my vault which is pretty established, 57 dwellers and every room is fully upgraded, and it's not displaying costumes or decorations. My client is version 1.2.1, and the google play store doesn't have an update option. Any idea why I'm not seeing any of the halloween content?

The costumes you have to find in lunchboxes or the wasteland. As far as the decorated rooms, it's only in fully upgraded barracks and fully upgraded dinners. I don't know how big the diners and barracks need to be though, mine are all three wide.

Both my diners and barracks are fully upgraded, 3 wide rooms. There's no decorations or anything in my vault.
