Bug with Update

I spent $32+ on your game and a bug wiped my file and my freshly made purchases. You website told me to pursue 1st parties so I called GooglePlay and they said your redirect is fraulent and violates their policies because you hold developer access to the game so only you can change tgings and access user accounts and all the money goes to you so refunds are your resposonsibility. After over a week of being ignored by all your other 'support' emails and various social media pages, I figured i'd contact you here again before pursuing further action. You metaphorically stole $32+ on me and wiped my save and all my rare and halloween exclusive content, then ignored me for weeks. I mean it was the bugs fault but I gave you money and now I have nothing. I demand to have my money back or be reimbursed in or out of game. I could have put that money to Fallout 4 damn it.
