how come we can't transfer stuff from what vault to vault? like weapons and outfits? i mean, its not like there's a leader board, and this isn't a PVP based game like some other cash grab games. so any thoughts on why we can't transfer stuff? its not like we'd be doing anything bad or something.

That would make it way too easy to harvest good items from lunchboxes using new vaults, because the quests are really easy in the beginning. Lunchbox sales for $ would hit rock bottom. Not gonna happen.
