Reproduction:

Full zoom in on the dwellers working out\studying.

Zoom out.


Result:

Their names won't disappear, and will be covered with their health bars. Now their health bars are permanently being shown, until a "disaster" happens in that room. The disaster is the only thing that can reset the glitch, and hide the health bars, and names.

Yeah that happens to me too. It's pretty annoying. I hope they fix this.

Appears to be fixed in 1.3 ... at least I have not been able to reproduce it
