Earlier in the day I had rad roaches kill a dweller but was able to immediately revive them with caps. The problem is that the other dwellers in the room keep complaining about a corpse in the room when there is non. I tried shuffling dwellers around and I still have the same problem. It is affecting my vault happiness rating. Please look into this.
