I just had a cool idea I wanted to share:D as someone who doesn't buy lunchboxes I also want to try to collect all the legendaries! So my aim as an overseer is to breed people that look like the legendary characters, dress and name them accordingly hehe. Just wanted to share, in my heart they will always be legendary! On a side note it would be really cool if Bethesda would give a maxed out radio room with max luck and charisma people to attract a legendary with a very small chance like 1% so we will at least have a chance to get someone:D thanks for reading.

ZACH...Could not agree more about the radio room...I currently have 3 Radio Rooms (max size & fully upgraded) with MAX Charisma & Luck Dwellers and continue to get garbage dwellers....another short sighted money grabbing underdeveloped aspect of what could be an EPIC game! Good idea on the Legendaries. Currently have over 20 people MAX Stats.

I've thought about doing that too! The problem that you'd run into is the fact that it won't register in your PipBoy....


Even if you don't care about that, it is still hard to get all the clothes to match your Legendary dwellers. Didn't want to be a downer, just being truthful as someone who's considered the idea before.
