  Before the winter update, I updated it over my previous build. When the problem started, I delete the game and reinstalled it several times, to no avail.


• If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it?
  
  I manually updated.

The problem is simple : I've reached 161 people in my shelter and built most of the training facilities/medical bays in diagonal, so I can easily evacuate weaker dwellers if a problem arised without the fear of spreading. Problem is, when a mole rat outbreak started in a double med-bay that didn't directly touch another room (so no spreading can occur), I evacuate my people to wait for the outbreak to stop. When the outbreak subsided, my game crashed immediately.

This wasn't the first time it happened to me, but the first time, I was able to load my vault again and quickly reassign dwellers to kill the mole rats before they vanished (after two failed attempts where the game crashed before I could do it), which let me continue playing afterwards.

However, this time, my save file loads exactly as the mole rats leave my room, which instantly crashes my game. Most of the time I don't even see my vault, sometimes I hear my Mr. Handy picking up something, but one thing is constant, I can't touch my vault before the game crashes.

I tried another vault to see if it was my phone that wasn't working, but that vault worked perfectly smooth and never crashed.

I also tried closing almost all of my apps and background apps to see if the origin of the problem was in my phone's available memory, but nothing changed. Although I can't be certain that the amount of things my phone has to process to display my vault (161 dwellers, 42 rooms, 1 Mr. Handy and a mole rat outbreak) could be too much. I can't know for sure.
