Today I've bought 2 packs of 5 lunchboxes. After verifing the payment and receiveing the email from Google play, the game sistem took me back to the game, to find that my luchbox storage was at cero... no lunchboxes; and I should have 10 boxes waiting to be opened.

I can show the ref. code of each bought, and the confirmation order, plus my email adress to verifie tha trasaction.

?Is there any way to get what I`ve bought? ?Or Beth is gonna take my almost 10 euros and give me in return nothing?

A positive answer will be apreciate. If I cant trust the shop, I would never buy a thing again.

PD: It's the first time. Other times the bought lunchboxes where ther ingame waiting to be opened.

Sorry, but based on PERSONAL experience, your sh*t outta luck. Happened to me twice. Once on Dec 16 for $9.99 and once today for $9.99. I contacted google, they wont do anything because its an in app purchase and Bethesda doesnt respond to email, calls, or anything. Bethesda cares about their money and that is all. Bethesda puts out awesome games but there customer support is the worst I have ever seen in my life.

I am sorry to say but I think you are in the same boat as me. Your money is gone. I have given Fallout Shelter a 1 star in the play store, I will make it a five star once my money is refunded. The least they could do is shoot me an email giving me some BS excuse.

My gut tells me all emails sent for support go right into their spam folder.

I have just started the Google playstore refund process as Bethesda cannot be bothered to answer my emails and I'm fed up of company's disrespecting their customers so once I get the refund Bethesda will not see another penny from me. Rather then waste your time trying to resolve this with Bethesda go straight to Google, enough of us do it and Google will deal with bethesda
