The current Vault Dweller list needs improvement

- Ability to equip weapons/armor from list instead of going to the character

- Ability to sort/filter dwellers by SPECIAL/Weapon equipped/health/happiness etc....

- Option to auto-stimpack for dwellers in the Vault when health is low from fighting
