Hi I recently lost all my progress of my vault and I've come to accept there's nothing you can do about that part, but i would like to know if i can get the money I payed for 2 Mr Handys so I could buy them again?

P.S. Im using a galaxy S6 edge and I deleted then redownloaded the game.

We're facing the same issue on Apple products, and I'm unsure how Android works. I requested refunds on all 4 of my purchases and Apple refunded each of them for me. I suggest going above Bethesda, they're not interested in addressing this issue.
