Hi there, I joined today to try and get help with my disconnect issue. It just started today, was playing one minute and the next minute it was gone. I can select my vault but right after the vault loads and I see actually see my vault it just crashes. I've tried now on 3 diff devices which pretty much isolates the issue to either A) something's amiss with my particular save game -OR- problem with the game.

How I play:

Ill tell you this much, Buddy; Bethesda isnt going to do [censored]. I have emailed them 3 times about this. Its been nearly a week since i have been able to access my vault. Some ppl have been having this problem since October. Everytime I email them they send a lame auto response telling me to make sure my phone is compatible and that i reboot. Both failed. Some suggest clearing my cache. I did that. Guess what? It doesnt work. Bethesda has some answering to do and some explainations are owed. I spend way too much time and money on that game. I have 19 full stated dwellers in the wasteland that are all prob dead by now and gone for good bc I cant access the shelter.

Hi there, Does your issue seem to be the same as mine? Also, have you found any other very recent threads about this? I was looking for ages to find a thread but I couldn't find anything recent.

I know that I, personally, have found nothing, ANYWHERE to be of any help. Bethesda wont get up and take responsibility to fix it so its up to the community now to do their job for them. I recommend cache clearing. I tried it but it didnt work. Dont clear data. Thats going to erase EVERYTHING. Just the cache. That has worked for some. Not me.

Like I said this was working on 3 devices one day and then 0 the next. So it's not a device issue as the chance of all 3 going ka-put in same day is a million to one. It's got to be a glitch with my save game.

AND I'm betting it has to do with PETS- The developers will need to do some work to get this fixed or else we just won't be able to get back on. my current vault has about 103 dwellers with avg lvl of 49. It's a super pimp vault with top notch weaps on all dwellers. I love it and am used to playing several times a day now, for the past few months but now for the past 2 days I simply cannot get in. It's sad but I am confident that it will eventually be fixed. It's a free to play game so w/e.

Well I just submitted a ticket via help dot bethesda dot net /app/ask. I'll keep ya posted.

Same problem here.

My vault gets right before the point of loading. I can see the loading screen and throug it the icon of "vater" picked up by Mr. Handy... But than it freezes.

It has been this way for two of three weeks. I don't want to reinstall the game because I don't know if it was cloud saved.

btw: The device is not an issue. 3GB ram, lots of memory to spare and good procesor

btw2: The pet should be running to the closest living quarters, the dweller should be running towards the "accident".

Same issue, same attempted fixes, same auto responses, same frustration. I really hope i hear something soon or i'll be expecting a refund for money spent. Yes i have all my receipts.

Deleted, removed all files, reinstalled.

I always manually update, typically each night.

I really love fallout shelter however my first profile ever is not letting me play. it just crashes when trying to load. I need help because i pay some of my money on this and i will not be very happy of this. I dont want a refund i just want to play this game. Is there any way this could be fix? Please!!!!
