My main vault freezes on the loadingscreen. Other vaults work fine. Reinstalling did not help. Restarting did not help. Doesn't work on a different device either.


When it loads I can see green resource collection boxes through the loadingscreen for a moment. I can even tap to collect them if I am quick but then it gets sick right before the loadingscreen is supposed to fade away.


I use the following devices:

Samsung Galaxy Note Professional (SM-P900) with Lollipop 5.0.2

Samsung Galaxy Alpha (SM-G850F) with Lollipop 5.0.2


I always let the store auto-update so I don't really know when it happens and thereby I don't know if it's related.

Same here they really need to fix it, mine doesnt load when connected to wifi or internet but when i take it off it works have you tried that?

Turning off the Internet didn't do any difference. I suspect the issue is in the save file. Might be fixable but I doubt it can be patched easily.

I have a 200 population vault with the same issue. If I go into the app settings and clear the cache and game files, then I can go into the vault list, check the cloud box and it's will show up and let me into it, for about 10 minutes of play before it freezes and won't load again with out clearing the files and trying again. Sometimes it won't load until I do it all and restart the phone. So aggravating!
