Hello,

I've done a Rush in one of my rooms, failed, and got a cockroach infestion.

As always I sent my best equipped dwellers to get it fixed (usually takes like 10 second) but for some reason, they killed all cockroachs except one, which refused to die. After a minute or 2 this 1 cockroach killed all of my dwellers (which were almost full health when this whole started)

Is this a known bug? or?

I cant return to this valve because I'm unable to get the room clear.

The equipment I used was guns and armors, so it should be enough to kill the cockroach
