Didn't get lunchboxes i bought. : Fallout 4

I'm not sure where to report this.

I bought "Bundle of 15 Lunchboxes (Fallout Shelter)" and didn't get any in game.

Previously i bought 2 Mr. Handys and 2 "Bundle of 5 Lunchboxes (Fallout Shelter)" and there were no problems with getting those items in game.

Any ideas?

Same here. I bought the 40 lunchboxes for $19.99. The payment went through but I did not receive them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can only buy single items. The packs won't download.

I was able to get a refund of the purchase.

Then click on the refund section and go through the steps. It's actually very easy. I got my refund back really quick. Then I rebought the 40 lunchboxes. I got really good stuff!
