My device is running up to date apps, with more than the minimum RAM requirements and enough free space, and is currently an Android version 4.2.2 yet for some reason I cannot install Fallout Shelter as it is telling me that "This app is incompatible with your device." I have tried downoading it onto my pad through a USB connection but I still get the same issue.

My device is a Samsung Tab 2 7.0

Go to Reddit and download the apk for FS. I didn't need the obb, just launched the apk from downloads and was up and running. Same tab as yours.

Not sure where the APK is but you might want to check the /r/s fallout, foshelter, & androidgaming!
