Stop inviting dwellers if there's no more room

My dwellers have good stats for each purpose so they're worth reviving. But this means that at 200, I have dwellers as well babies who won't be able to join the others. The babies aren't toddling around outside the door, but having potential dwellers uselessly waiting outside indefinitely in the harsh terrain, frightened by raiders, disturbs me. Plus they litter and turn the front yard into a toilet. Having outsiders eventually drift away won't solve the problem since more will come.

Instead, do you think at pop 200, the charisma of the radio operators could be turned fully to making the current dwellers happy? At least until the Deathclaws make re-population necessary because you can't afford to revive all the dead.

I just leave enough space to send newcomers out to die. It only takes a couple of hours for the wasteland to kill them, plus there's a chance, if your game glitches, they'll suddenly find super rare items and you can recall them and collect.

Good idea if you don't already turn your slackers into high-level, well-exercised explorers. But this idea is to turn the radio gang's charisma to better use.
