Hi There! My Fallout Shelter app has been broken for 2 weeks now. The problem it is encountering is that between first opening the app and getting to the main menu the game crashes. For about 2-3 seconds the app looks like it will load the main menu up as normal and then there will be a black screen and you get booted back to the home screen. I have seen that other users are speculating that it's to do with a failed save however I have some information that may help work this problem out which I've listed below:

• I always quit to the main menu before closing the app


• On the final occasion before the problem began I went to the main menu BEFORE closing the app down and switching off for the night


• When the app crashes now, it will afterwards display (as the app background) a picture of the Main menu. Baring in mind the app is at this point closed. I have a photo of this but I don't know how to upload it and this site doesn't allow links.

I am on a Ipad Air. I have the latest update 8.4.1. I have 89.11Gb of spare storage on my Ipad. I love the game and I really hope that they iron out the bugs soon! It's great fun to play! I do have some questions too and this was the real purpose of posting:

I was wondering if the developers know about this bug? Are they planning on fixing it in the future? Will my game save ever be recoverable?
