Why is it every time I find a rare weapon in the wastes it's another hardened BB Gun. Why is that even on the rare list with 0-4 damage?

as for the rarity of the BB gun, you cant judge weapons by rarity, there is a legendary BB gun and .32 pistol and they are awful compared to most legendaries, judge gear by its class of weapon, a rare BB gun is bad compared to a common shotgun, but its better than a common BB gun.

AGfallout, I would like to note that a Hardened BB Gun actually is a rare weapon. It took a roll that could have been a combat shotgun, or sniper rifle.
