Nearly a week ago now I tried to purchase a 5 pack of Mr. Handy in game and the transaction went through on the Google side and charged my GoogleAccount. I even got the receipt confirming the purchase, but in game I got an error message that said it couldn't reach the server and to try again later and I never got my items. I tried to contact Bethesda support but they told me to contact Google, so I contacted Google transaction support and they directed me to Bethesda stating that their official policy is that delivery of or refunds for in-game items are solely responsibilty of the developer. I've tried to get some semblance of customer support from both Bethesda and Google, both of which I've been a loyal customer of for years. I'm tired of getting the run around. Please refund my $ or give me my 5 pack of Mr. Handy's that I rightfully paid for, got a receipt for, but never got delivered in-game.
