Post » Sun Feb 14, 2016 6:49 pm

Hi, it been 1-2 week that I could ever touch Fallout Shelter due to the startup bug which cause the game to crash even before reaching the main menu screen.

I have waited for so long for a update to fix the bug but my patience have been tested long enough thus requesting a refund for my lunchboxes I have purchased.

Numerous people have reported the same bug you encountered. Bethesda doesn't give a crap. No one has gotten a real reply, they won't even acknowledge the problem. I'm on iOS and it was easy to get a refund, sorry you're having a difficult time. I would try contacting Google support again. @ Muppett you're delusional if you think Bethesda actually looks at the support forum. @Kudo WTF are you talking about? I assume English isn't your first language, but seriously you make no sense.

I think he meant to say:

I can't believe people really spend money on lunch boxes. I got those from just finishing objectives. Some of you really don't know what a video game is anymore.

Which while I don't spend money either this is still a condescending unhelpful garbage reply.

If you made the purchases with a credit card I'd actually maybe even try to go and report the charges as fraudulent and have them back charged.

If enough people did that google would certainly take action. Back charges are bad for business.

Dont know if this helps.

I had this problem on my android. So i checked program properties and saw that it is saved on phone memory AND SD card. So I moved FalloutVault to phone memory only. And that somehow did the trick.

Trick dosn't work. To bad. To get a refund you need to talk to Android and report Bethesda for not following the rules and you might get a refund but no promise.
