SPECIAL not retroactive?

It was more a sarcastic quote. I understand how the bug process works and I do realize that it is late to make feature changes of this calibre to fallout shelter. I did pre-alpha testing on dungeon defenders 2 before coming to the UK. This in mind I created that post about forward looking improvements to a fallout shelter 2 which I mention above. I view this game as fundamentally flawed, not just bugs and when I say "fix part of the game" I'm referring to the design. Plus I hope you are wrong about special being the same in fallout 4 in reference to not being retroactive. I understand if intelligence isn't with regards to skill points but with regards to endurance it would be massively disappointing to get +1 END and not have my health increase at all.

Look, what I was trying to say is that total health not being recalculated when Endurance increases in Fallout Shelter, may be a bug or it may be designed to work that way. Since I do not have access to the Design Documents, I cannot say if it is a bug or not. I am hoping that it is a bug and not by design because if it is by design we can expect something similar in Fallout 4.
