» Sun Feb 14, 2016 3:52 am I had finally decided to buy Lunchboxes and Mr. Handies because of the discounts. It all worked just fine and I didn't have any problems with the transaction. The next day I felt like I needed a few more Mr. Handies, so I bought 5 more. As usually, I backed up my files on my computer in case anything happened.
I opened the game, and when it was about to let me enter my vault, it crashed and sent me out into my phone menu for no reason. I changed the corrupted file with the one that I had backed up but it didn't work. I tried to enter my vault again, put my vault on second place, reset the game, reset my phone, uninstall the game and install it again, but it just didn't work out. I even tried to give my save file to my brother so maybe it would work on his phone, but nothing.
I read on this forum that many other people are having quite a similar problem, except that their save files are 0 Kb and mine is 267 Kb.
I thought that my file could help solve the problem as it still contains all the data but it's corrupted. I started playing Fallout 3 a few weeks ago and I just fell in love with it and Bethesda Game Studios, then I find out that the fallout shelter assistance is a bot answering you the same thing over and over again. I hope that some administrator or moderator (or someone that knows about this) is going to read this and do something about this because I really feel like this is going to help fix the bug.
