Dear. Bethesda devs.


I guess you are well aware of current crash problem. It is very serious problem with grave result of complete loss of save game, thus loss of vault.


It takes quite a time and effort to build a successful vault. Many player spent real money to build their vault. So loss of vault should not taken lightly. Many player will be disappointed and lose interest and stop playing FOS altogether after loss of vault they built. Who will continue to build tower that can fall down in a blink of eyes?


Failing to address the problem in timely manner tarnishes reputation of Bethesda and it will impact negativrly sales of upcoming Fallout 4 game.


Bethesda should respond this problem with more urgency. At least, save file should not erased or truncated to zero length in any circumstance, even on app crash.


Having backup save file to fall back will mitigate such problem. Fixing root of the crash problem may be not easy or take time. But adding backup save file is easy and implemented in short time.


You Bethesda should take measure to prevent loss of vault due to crash as soon as possible. It is urgent problem that should be addressed immediately by Bethesda.

can't agree more. Cloud storage or some kind of simple backup that is done automatically is a must. I'm glad I don't need an internet connection to play but there needs to be a way to restore your game. I can't imagine spending money on lunchboxs or Mr handy's and losing everything because my save got corrupted/lost or my phone gets broken. This issue alone is enough to keep me from spending money of this game.
