I’m quite satisfied with my “old” mobile phone and feel no need for a smart phone and I’m not about to buy a tablet just to play FO:S. So my question is will FO:S be made available to PC’s? I did do a search to see if I could get it for my PC one set of directions required an iPhone and the “download it here” sites set of my virus software telling me to run away.

You probably should download the virii. It'd give you an approximate of what it feels like to play FO:S sometimes.

You may download it... on BlueStacks on any other emu out there.

Bluestacks (or Andy, which I use) isn't what holds back updates. The Android emulators use the Android version of the game. If an update isn't available it is not because of the emulator, it is because an Android version of the update hasn't been released, yet.

I've been playing FS on Bluestacks since day one. Currently fully updated, except for the recent Piper/lunchbox iOS exclusives.
