Suddenly while playing I got a 0% performance review, yet I had 82% happiness.


Also a bug with the GUI that I've had for a long time. Some times the health bars in a room appears, and they do not go away.

I had 100% happiness but got 99% in the report.


Was hoping there would be an extra bonus for 100%, since the 140 caps are a joke.

Yeah, the 0% appears to be when it wakes up when the device has been turned off and you go back into the game. You get the yellow 'loading' text (rather than the loading screen) and then you get the 0% report if you have a report due.
