So I spent quite a bit of money back in the day on these Lunchboxes.

I put the game down, and came back to it today due to the 1.2 patch.

However when I load up the vault, i am stuck on a 'Please Stand By' screen forever - as in the screen freezes.

Any idea if I could get the Lunchboxes refunded? The loss of content was due to a bug, so i'm kinda having hard feelings about this.

Contact Google Play or Apple support and request a refund.

Clarify "forever". I've waited at that screen for up to 5 minutes for my 16+ level vault to load.
