This problem just started happening a couple days ago.

Whenever I click on an Explorer waiting outside my vault, the game's entire UI flashes for a split second disappears. At this point there is no way to move about the Vault, select rooms, or Dwellers, or get into any of the settings (the UI is gone). I have to leave the fame and restart it in order to interact with anything again.

This is preventing me from collecting anything that Explorers are bringing back.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yo, I had this issue prior to the patch update with Mysterious Stranger, haven't seen it since. What are you using? Device, OS version, game version etc

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5
OS: Lollipop 5.0.2
Game Version: 1.2

This is fixed in the iOS at least with the 1.2.1 update.

For me it only occurred with dwellers that were in the wastes before the update. What worked for me was either click the wasteland and cycle though the dwellers until you get to the dweller you want to collect.

Or tap the dweller, have the UI disappear, pull down the phone menu and tap the triangle (for previous screen). This should bring up the UI again and you can either try again or tap the wastes as mentioned above.
