Fallout Vault Progress lost during phone swap

I upgraded to a Note 5 prior to the 6th, before the cloud saving option premiered recently. I tried using the email to contact the developers and it just sends a useless auto response to contact Google support. Google support advised me to contact Bethesda support. Now I'm hoping here will help. All I want is my list progress. I don't want to have to build my Vault back up from the ground up again. I spent time and real money on this game (the first mobile game I've done so with and am now regretting). Please help me recover my lost vault.

Please help! I've spend hours and money on this game and while I'd love to pick back up where I left off I'm not going to waste my time redoing all the hard time spent progress I already built. You're "Contact the Developers" e-mail just redirects you here but I apparently cannot get a response here to fix this problem. I just want my vault back.
