Hi,

Following the last update for Fallout Shelter, I noticed that all my vaults disappeared.

I'm playing on a Nexus 4, using the latest version of Android (5.1.1).

I checked the game folder and didn't find any backup file for my vaults which I hoped would have been created during the update.

My issue with that situation isn't that I have to start over.

It is that I bought a 40 lunchbox pack (for 21.79€) and a 5 Mister Handy pack for 4.34€ a while ago, and these items were wiped along with my vaults.

I didn't find anything that helped me on the android support that your email answer points to (googleplay support)

That's why I would like to request either a refund or to have those item added to my account again. But since there was no problem with the original transaction (those pack I bought), I don't know if I have to sort this out with Bethesda's support or Google Play.
