So my entire vault with all rooms unlocked and about 97 dwellers has deleted it self and for some reason the cloud back up I had of it is no where to be found, only a previous I cloud vault . I had legendary dwellers, rare guns and all my rooms were upgraded. I'm not best pleased about this bestheda. The five lunchboxes I had from the update are now effectively gone as I lost all the items inside these.

The same thing happened to me only difference i had all rooms not until the button but all different 148 dwellers I has used 40€ on it lost 3 robots and ALOT OF LUNCHBOXES 2legends and ALOT off caps I have bedesta can help me and everyone else with this problem and btw the exact same thing happened to me that cloud bugged out and I lost all my stuff and I am unhappy and I request some help so plz and btw I will buy your new fallout 4 I think its going to be amazing but fix the fallout shelter game too thank you for reading

I have the same problem. The vault deleted itself from the vaults list. I made a lot of purchases for amount almost 100$ maybe even more. Nothing helped yet. The funny part is that I saved it to cloud and even from the file manager it appears that the vault is still there, but the game don't want to recognize it...can't back up..can't do anything..please Bethesda, give it back, or make a refund. I can show every single bill of purchases. Hope the support team will recognize our messages here. For me it's a big deal to loose 100$.

Found a solution. Open file manager and go=?android?data?find fallout shelter?files then find the vault which you lost. As there is numerical three vaults in the list you must recognize on which place was your lost vault. If on the first place, then it's vaul1.sav and vault1.sav.bkp . Recognize that vault1.sav has 0kb weight, that means your lost vault, but vault1.sav.bkp has more than 200kb weight. What you do is copy the vault1.sav.bkp to another folder. Then you delete the .bkp index. And you got vault1.sav take this file and replace it with the one which is in the game folder which is vaul1.sav with zero kilobytes and your vault is opened for you again. Contact me if anything is not clear.
