Hello. Just follow a few steps and you'll get your vailt back for god damned 100%!

1)go to file manager.

2)go to the memory where is your game saved.

3)open folder "android"

4)find and open "com.gamesas.falloutshelter"

5)open "files"

Numericaly there is three vaults allowed. If your lost vault was on the first slot, then there must be vault1.sav and vault1.sav.bkp

6)copy vault1.sav.bkp to another folder

7)delete .bkp index

8)you got vault1.sav. copy it back to the game folder where you took it

9)it will say that you already have it, REPLACE IT

10)YOUR VAULT IS ON YOUR SERVISE NOW AGAIN!

Must work if you find a file manager. But unfortunately I don't know the IOS system as well as the android. Still, try it

If you have IOS and want to try this fix it is still possible. You need to backup using itunes first. Then use a utility like iBackupBot for itunes that will allow you to see the individual files that make up the saved files. You can rename the backup to the original .sav extension and restore just the one file. Of course, be careful to keep the original files somewhere in case you make a mistake.

I had a problem with my main vault and was able to restore it using this technique.

Well..that's a bit of a problem then.. sure that vault1.sav is empty as it is lost..but if you don't have bkp file for this vault that meana that you didn't save it to the cloud...however I try to assume that such a thing could be possible that there is some phone's main backup for all files..do you have something like that running on your phone? For my android it runs every day "back up for all files"
