Hello,

When I get a rare or legendary dweller, they don't appear at the collection, also known as the Survival Guide, though it works properly with weapons and clothes. It can't be solved by restarting and it has stayed like that throughout my shelter life, even when I purchase/receive a new lunchbox and it contains a dweller card.

I have contacted the gamesas Support Team due to encountering this bug within Fallout Shelter having spent a small fortune in app purchases to get more rare and legendary dwellers to complete the collection. I can't see any other players experiencing this issue on the official forum and I do have the most up-to-date IOS for iPhone 6.

Please let me know if there is a fix for this or if anyone else has experienced the same problem/bug.

Rare will never appear, only the flashing yellow "legendary" dwellers will such as Butch, Three Dog, Eulogy Jones etc.
