Can we some some sort of official guide or a more detailed manual for the game? For example, I want to know what does each of the SPECIAL do other than assigning to the right room? Where to assign dwellers with high Endurance? Which of SPECIAL help dwellers in combats/incidents? I read an unofficial guide saying Perception increases weapon efficiency, but how far is that true? The loading screen says each SPECIAL does something good for explorers, but what kind of good? Is it true high luck increases odds off finding rare items? Etc etc.
