1) When displaying a dweller’s individual info, what is the bar under the level number in the upper right corner? Does this indicate how long to move up to the next level?

2) When clicking on a room to see it’s dweller’s info, if I click on one of the dwellers a list appears on the right side headed by the clicked dweller’s info, with info for 3 other dwellers underneath. What is the significance of this list?

1: Yes, that's their progress to the next level. When it's all green, they level up.

2: Which list is this? I don't get a list on the right side. There's a clipboard icon on the left that shows all of the dwellers in the room and lets you change them out.

2: That's a list allowing you to compare the chosen Dweller's stats with that of the other Dwellers in the Vault, sorted either by name or by SPECIAL level. Choosing another Dweller will make the two of them switch places.
