dweler is not fighting and collecting nothing : Fallout 4

Hello,

I sent a dweller to the wastelands, it's been almost 1 hour, and she is not collecting anything and don't fight at all...

Any answers to solve that problem ?

You put your time forward..

If you did the time you put forward is the time that it will be fixed.
