Yesterday I bought a mr. Handy and 5 lunch boxes, but I didn't receive any of them... Is it possible to get a refund

I had the same problem sent two mails to Bethesda to try and resolve it and didn't get a reply not even acknowledgment of the mails. I'm fed up waiting for them and have started Google refund process will not be spending another penny on any Bethesda product again complete!y disrespectful customer service and there are company's out there that do value customers they will get my money from now on. Save yourself the hassle of trying to deal with Bethesda and go direct to Google. Another plus is enough people do it Google will remove fallout shelter from the playstore maybe then they will wake up.

All in all Beth has done an abysmal job managing this game.

I've still not had a thing from them about attempting to resolve my situation and right now I view them in the same terms I view thieves in any other part of life and the fact they make it clear they have no interest in dealing with customers issues puts them at the bottom of the purchase ladder for me. I'm sure some will say I'm being dramatic basically calling them thieves but it's how I view them I paid for something I didn't get and they have no interest in getting me what I paid for or refunding me and this is not an isolated incident it's happening to a lot of people who deserve better then they are getting off Bethesda.
