I thought that Piper was supposed to be an IOS exclusive, but I have her in my vault right now. Is this a glitch? I can't find anyone else who says they have her, please let me know if you have her I'm really curious as to how this happened.

She was free to iOS users, along with her outfit. Android users have been able to get her as a legendary user in a lunchbox supposedly since her release. I don't really know anyone else that plays FS, but as an Android user I do not have her yet.
