Strange drop in happiness vault wide : Fallout 4

so I go to visit the vault this morning and every single vault member has dropped to exactly 95% happiness. When I left last night they were almost all 194 out of 198 at 100% the rest were either 99 or 98. SO....what happened? a glitch? can some event cause a 5% drop in the entire vault? a new feature, lol? thanks for the feedback! T

Did you do something to your radio room(s). The radio room has a vault wide effect on your vault.

the radio room has retired for months...wierd...not sure what caused it....
