All of the explorers collecting stuff are now coming back without my intervention. Some of them have only less than 25 items.

I usually call them back when they have no more stimpaks and have very little life left. Some of them have a lot stimpaks left and now coming back.

Is there going to be a major update coming?

I'm getting this too. As soon as I enter a vault all explorers immediately arrive at the vault door, no matter how long they had left to return, how many stimpaks they had, how much loot they had, etc. Everyone who was exploring is now waiting to come in.

Tried reinstalling, no joy. Bug?

Same problem here; Max-Stat L50 Dwellers coming back with just 5 common items each. Started happening this morning - every wasteland explorer turned around at the same time with whatever they had at the time, and any sent out since come back with just 5 items.
