Would like one so you can scap items where/whenever you want, maybe it can be a set of tools you carry with you so it feels more realistic

Or maybe another level(top level) to the scrapper perk that allows you to break stuff down on the hoof.

A new perk for the scrapper would be welcome, allowing you to scrap wood/steel/concrete/ect outside of a settlement. I'm not saying you should be able to scrap everything(which probably wouldn't be possible anyway), but a few scattered throughout the world would help build up supplies. As it is, I can never find enough wood/concrete/steel to expand my settlements. Traveling merchants will have "shipments of wood/steel/cloth/ect" to sell, but its not enough, and the time it takes them to resupply is too long.
