I know I'm in the minority, but I don't mind the radial missions. I finished the main storyline before working on ANY companions, so now I have been counting on radial missions to work up my affinity.

Anyway, I got the "Kidnapped trader at Somerville place" radial. I go to somerville place, and find a settler with the "mission square" above his head. If I try to talk to him, I just say I want to trade. If I walk by him, he complains he is busy and has work to do. In other words he's acting like a normal settler, not one with a mission trigger. I cannot trigger the mission dialogue.

Any way I can "reset" the mission? I'm not getting any more radial missions from Preston, and the radio freedom missions now come few and far between.
