Local Leader - Supply Lines

Post » Mon Feb 15, 2016 1:22 pm

Hello, another newbie question I am afraid.

I have just perked up the 'Local Leader - You are able to establish supply lines between workshop settlements'.

How does this work?

You need to go into build mode, highlight a settler, and then you'll be able to assign him to make a supply line.

Walk up to one of your settlers, press the front right shoulder button if one console ,then select which settlement you wish to link to. The settler will change to a provisioner and will travel to and from both settlements. Linked settlements share resources with each other so you don't have to transfer items to and from workshops. Hope this helps.

That all helps, thanks all.

Do we need to set up all our settlements with all our other settlements or do indirect links work?

Yes, indirect works. It's best to use one big settlement for supply lines, as all settlements linked to that settlement are also linked to each other. My sanctuary rivals Bunker Hill due to this.
