I got my RamDisk working in FAT by cutting out a lot of my province mods from my mod list before running TES4LODGen, however I get http://s15.postimg.org/4ut7xap57/Screen_Shot0.png now whenever I view the IC. Also, distant cities seem to be missing from Elsweyr as well. I copied all my files using TES4Edit by searching for _far.nif. Everything that was working on my NTFS RamDisk is now on my FAT drive, but I'm getting these missing meshes.

You probably are not correctly copied the far meshes also on the disk (see instruction: they must be on the ram disk and on the disk). It seems your far meshes are in the BSA archives. You have to extract them.

Ok, I'll double check. Somehow simply copying from TES4Edit seemed to work on the NTFS drive.

FAT or NTFS should not be different even if i suggest (as i wrote in the instruction) the NTFS because it is faster.

Ok, I tried switching back to NTFS and didn't notice much of an FPS drop. Its weird because when I started using the FAT and FAT32 drives with SoftPerfect I simply copied all my meshes and textures directly from my NTFS drive and I instantly noticed that the outer walls of the IC were missing. So somehow everything was working fine in NTFS but not in FAT. I extracted all the _far.nif files afterwards as you said from the bsas and made sure to copy them to both my Oblivion folder and my drive but no luck. Switching back to NTFS fixed the missing cities, although I'm not sure if it is any noticeably slower.
