In Skyrim, I enjoy having a clock on my interface so I do not have to "go someplace" to find out what time it is. Is there a UI Mod that does this? I've been poking about the Nexus and have not seen a UI Mod that includes a "time on the screen" feature. Is there such a thing for Fallout 3?

Darn UI I believe has an option to display the time the game world is at the moment.

I'm not seeing a "base mod" listed. I'm seeing 2 files listed when http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/searchresults/?src_order=1&src_sort=0&src_view=1&src_tab=1&src_name=darnified&src_language=0&src_showadvlt=1&page=1&pUp=1 for "darnified" and "darnified ui." One is for German, the other for Polish. Is it in the New Vegas area, by chance?
